New to Princess- Golden or Star?

I'm a RCCL Diamond member, but heard that Princess does the best job going to Alaska. Trying to decide Golden or Star?

Any ideas or suggestions?

They are sister ships and almost identical.. I would chose the one that goes to Glacier Bay..

Been on both ships and loved them both.

 

The Golden I took to Alaska. It was the best cruise I have been on. I agree with Largin on the Glacier Bay choice. I didn't see GB and I regret that but it gives me reason to book another cruise.

The two ships are identical so either one is great. I have been to GB and loved it. This time we are going on the Golden to Tracy Arm Fjord since we have never been. The first cruise was Vancouver to AK and this time it is r/t Seattle. The first cruise to AK was wonderful and would recommend it with time onshore in AK. We spent 9 days wandering around AK in a rented car before flying home.

Glacier Bay sounds like a "must"-
