PreciousCruiser Posted April 10, 2012 #4 Share Posted April 10, 2012 I couldn't book ES cause I booked too close to the sail date, so I can't take advantage of the price drop. However, I did get the spring into summer sale rate and it was good, but it has gone down since (good for others :), bad for me :(). Still happy with the rate I got and can't wait to GO! For the future, can someone tell me how close to the sail date do they stop offering the Early Saver?

Gemynii Posted April 10, 2012 #15 Share Posted April 10, 2012 It's not a sale for me either... $300 more than my ES rate (or $200 more if you apply the $100 OBC it's showing). I hope it's beneficial to others, though.
pryd Posted April 10, 2012 Author #16 Share Posted April 10, 2012 I got $20 OBC so although it was a short sale I got a little out of it...LOL Glad I could be of help. Working Graveyard shift has its benefits.

jmcancruise Posted April 10, 2012 #20 Share Posted April 10, 2012 Our early saver rate just disappeared for our September 2nd cruise. We are approximatly 5 months out. I expect our es rate for our September 8th cruise will disappear soon.
1trip&Ifell Posted April 10, 2012 #21 Share Posted April 10, 2012 Do you look at your total before taxes or after taxes? We just booked our first cruise for June 7th but not sure how to tell if it dropped or not.

CRUISE4JANE Posted April 10, 2012 #24 Share Posted April 10, 2012 Just FYI, If the price you paid is now available for a higher catagory, you are able to upgrade your cabin if you wish, just call.:D Are you talking about the original price at time of booking? For instance, at the time of booking ES, my total was $2967 (without gov. taxes and fees). If a higher category was that price, would I be able to upgrade for FREE or if it is a little more, then I guess I would just pay the difference, correct? Also, would I be able to pick my own cabin as I did when I booked? I don't want someone to upgrade me and put me anywhere :eek:.
jamers22 Posted April 10, 2012 #25 Share Posted April 10, 2012 Thanks for posting! It didn't work for me, my current rate is cheaper:( - but 2 cabins in our group qualified and will get another OBC:)
