judyf Posted May 3, 2005 Author #4 Share Posted May 3, 2005 I found some info on S.B. The shuttle trough NCL is $18.00 all day bus back and forth to S.B., the Bay area mall and the pier. Cab to S.B. is $16.00. The one thing I haven't confirmed yet is how many in a cab for this price or is in PP. We only have 2 in our group so if it's $16.00 for the both of us I might just do the cab. I haven't found cab prices from the pier to Cocoa Beach yet. Seems as if no one that checks out this port board knows about transportation. Thanks for posting I don't feel so alone now. CaribbeanBlue Posted May 10, 2005 #5 Share Posted May 10, 2005 South Beach is a wonderful experience. The beach is a very classic florida beach. The shopping around this area is wonderful. The food is world class if you are going for lunch or dinner. The art deco of the buildings is amazing. This is a wonderful venue to sit on a bench and just people watch. If you have the opportunity to go to South Beach in the evening it is a fantastic experience, especially if you are into a wide variety of music, food and exotic drinks. The buildings are all lit up with neon. Bring your camera. Walking along the sidewalk past all of the nightclubs you can actually feel the music.
