Alaska Cruise Questions...Teens and Pool

Recommended Posts

We are traveling with teens to Alaska on Rhapsody. Since the inside pool is for adults only...is it warm enough or is the pool outside heated? We want to be sure there is enough for them to do on this ship during cruising days! Any idea about a basketball court?

We were not on Rhapsody, but Radiance in Alaska with 5 teens and they had to be convinced to get off the ship in each port. They had so much fun. The Solarium pool is open several times a day for 2 hrs at a time for families. It was also warm in enough in early August for them to go in the outside pool a few times. (Note I said for them. It was not warm enough for me.) They all loved the teen club activities and the rock climbing wall. The key is to go to the teen club the first evening so they meet other teens immediately. I don't think Rhapsody has a sports court.
