NCL EPIC Excursions

I will be sailing solo in November on the EPIC to the Eastern Caribbean. It's my first cruise and I'm female. I've decided to play it a bit safe and book my excursions through the cruise line.

I have done alot of surfing looking for reviews of excursions but haven't seen many at all. There are some on the NCL site but most of the reviews are old. They also do not indicate who the operators are so I am unable to research them.

I'd love to hear some feedback about excursions booked through the EPIC at Nassau. I'm leaning towards parasailing since it's the only port it's offered (through the ship) and I really want to do it, but I also don't want to be disappointed :D

Please and thank you :)
