Airport Transfer

I booked the airport transfer for the end of the cruise but I am realizing that since we do not fly out until 4pm, it may be better to rent a car for the day and see a few things before heading to the airport.

 

Can I cancel my transfer and get a refund? I can't find the cancelation info for the transfer on the website. I am sure its there.

Yes, you can cancel the transfer and get a refund. Just bring up your cruise under "Manage my Cruises," and at the bottom the transfer should show. You can cancel it right from that page, and you'll get a credit to your credit card several days later.

I couldn't figure it out from the website either .... I cancelled my post cruise transfer by calling the 800 number....the credit will go back to the credit card... They will not just put it towards OBC... I tried.
