Lunches for Going Ashore

No sandwich bar but breakfast is a very nice spread so perhaps you could grab some extra oranges, apples, rolls etc. There are usually some nice restaurants on shore or at least a great bar where you can easily forget that you are hungry! Life on board the Star Clipper is so casual and relaxed. It is easy to take the tender back to the ship, grab lunch, then tender back to shore. The big cruise ships have to anchor way off shore while the Star Clipper is usually only a 5 minute ride away. Getting on and off the ship is much easier also, no long lines and x-ray machines:D Star Clipper will not let you go hungry, in fact, skipping a meal or eating light is sometimes a good option.
