pinkaboo Posted May 28, 2005 #1 Share Posted May 28, 2005 Will be cruising to Bermuda the 1st week in November 2005 and again the 1st week in May. Does anyone know what the weather is going to be like during those two times of the year? We've never been to Bermuda. Can you swim on board the ship and at one of the beaches in Bermuda in May or is it tooooo cold. We'll be sailing out of Bayonne NJ. And what about during the month of November. How's the 1st week in november? Are those 2 of the worst times to cruise to Bermuda? Is there shopping close by the ship or do you have to taxi to where all of the good shops are? familycruzer Posted May 28, 2005 #2 Share Posted May 28, 2005 I was in Bermuda mid May last year and the weather could not have been better. Air temps in the mid 80's while there and water was just under 70. I am used to the cooler Atlantic waters off Jersey so to me it was warm. I am guessing that since you are posting on the RC board you are taking the VOS? You will be docked at the Royal Dockyard-Kings Wharf. Shopping is not the best there but you can easily get to Hamilton by taxi, bus or ferry. Check out the Bermuda board for more information.
