I am almost positive that you will have to pick your own night for specialty dinning. You should go directly to customer service or the specialty restraunt you wish to book and make your reservation. Will be given a card from our TA or will RCL notify us that we have 1 night of special dinning & we pick where & when?? We got an e-mail from our TA with a coupon attached that technically had no value. In other words the TA had to notify RCI of our voucher or it wouldn't have been any good. Also, it was only valid on port days. We decided what day we wanted before we boarded and went to Portofinos when we boarded. They had our name on a list and we made our reservation. Gonzo70 Posted December 30, 2012 #5 Share Posted December 30, 2012 It works most smoothly if you bring a copy of the voucher from your TA, but RCI should have it in their system. It generally can only be used on a port day and has a limited value - i.e. it cannot be used for the most pricey venues such as 150 Central Park or Chef's Table. LAatl Posted December 30, 2012 #6 Share Posted December 30, 2012 Read the fine print. Our coupon states that we can only book once we're on board and it excludes a few places.
OCruisers Posted December 30, 2012 #7 Share Posted December 30, 2012 Our TA gave us one for our Oasis cruise too. Information from those who have replied above is true. - Print the voucher and take it with you. - Reservations must be made at the restaurant once you are aboard the ship ... can't be prebooked prior to the cruise. - It can only be used on port days - Some speciality restaurants are excluded. I suggest using it at Chops (do not waste it a Johnny Rockets) - Any wine and/or other drinks ordered are extra Have a great dinner! :) LuLu ~~~~
