Aboard Opera and Sinfonia are there steam and sauna facilities?

Is there are fee to use them?

Yes they both have them. The Opera has a separate male and female area with just a steam room and sauna. The Sinfonia has one of the loveliest ones I've seen in the fleet, with 2 different and beautiful steam rooms, a sauna and a lovely tepidarium area to relax in. This is a mixed gender facility.

 

On most cruises there is a few to use them, except on sailings out of the US. They sometimes give you free sessions on others cruises if you buy spa treatments. They also sometimes have a deal of a flat one off fee for unlimited use during your cruise.
