Europe 2014

Princess already has itineraries online for 5 ships through October 2014. They are all doing Asia/Pacific cruises or World Cruise segments. When can I expect to see 2014 European cruises posted?

As always, for most itineraries, Princess will publish the new itineraries for 2014 and/or 2015 in March or April of 2013 ( a year to a year and a half before in most cases).

What you are seeing is Princess Australia cruises. They do Asia and a world cruise during there winter. The rest will come out in Mar or April of this year . That will up to May 2015 for cruises.

Now I get it! I didn't realize that Princess Australia was a separate business from "Princess North America"? or is it "Princess UK"? or just "Princess Cruises"?

Royal Princess is listed in Copenhagen and Warnemuende for several times in 2014, and 1 time in Krisitansand. :) And Emerald Princess 2 times in Copenhagen, I believe.

Emerald and Caribbean are also listed at Honninsvag (Noth cape) .

See the attached files. ;)

Could it be that Royal Princess sails the Canada/NE itineraries, on which Emerald operates in 2013? :)

Hi All

Princess Aus, the small print

To the extent that the matters relate to services being provided by Princess Cruises to Carnival Australia/P&O Cruises Australia, Princess is providing these services under the terms of a Services Agreement between Princess Cruises and Carnival Australia.

Ruby Princess is doing the British Isles itinerary in 2014.

And it looks like Royal Princess is doing the Baltics itinerary in 2014. That leaves the Regal for the Grand Med and Emerald will probably do Greek Isles. We did British Isles on the Caribbean Princess. That ship is showing some age.

Copenhagen - note this now goes Sunday to Thursday (formerly Saturday to Wednesday). Looking forward to the July 6 one opening up.

I am anxious to know whether any Princess ships will be doing a Black Sea and Holy Land cruise in the summer of 2014.

hubofhockey and Shogun, would you like to educate me as to how I can find such information for myself? Or if your sources are non-public, would you please do me the favor of looking at the Black Sea/ Holy Land 2014 port schedules?

Emerald will probably do Greek Isles.

I have seen Emerald Princess on some Norwegian cruise lists (Lofoten, North Cape, Bergen) in 2014 - also in Copenhagen she is listed... ;)

So she should operate on these itineraries which Crown Princess offers in 2013, because Crown is likely to go to Alaska... ;)

Ruy Princess Norway/British Isles - Caribbean Princess Greek isles???

I assume the following:

Regal Princess - Grand Med between Venice and Barcelona

Royal Princess - Baltics from Copenhagen and Warnemuende

Ruby Princess - British Isles, Norway & North Cape (and probably Iceland) from Southampton

Emerald Princess - Norway & Svalbard, Baltics, Mediterranean, Canary Islands from Southampton

Caribbean Princess - Greek Isles and mediterranean between Rome and Venice + 7-night-cruises between Venice, Athens and Istanbul

Ocean Princess - cruises from Dover

Pacific Princess - Eastern med. from Venice and Rome, Holy Land???

Of course, you're right. There's no way they could run consecutive 11-day cruises and start them on the same days of the week. Not too smart on my part. I was looking at the same July 4 weekend for 2013 and they're starting on a Saturday and assumed it would be the same in 2014. We like taking cruises that begin July 4 weekend to get extra vacation days in (hard to get out of the office for 2+ weeks).

I didn't find these schedules on my own. I think Celebrity_Fan actually posted them on another thread. Great information.

Interesting on Crown Princess, since, at least in my opinion, it's a big step up from the Caribbean Princess. We did British Isles on the Caribbean and it looked a bit tired. A couple cruises before us had engine problems as well. We still had a great time.

We have done the British Isles on Crown Princess in 2009, great cruise, it was the best ship we ever cruised on! :)

Pacific Princess in Alaska? Maybe the 14-night-round-trips?

But which ship should sail the Greek isles itineraries, if Ruby Princess sails the Britisch Isles/Norway-itineraries and Emerald Princess the Norway/Baltic/Med itineraries from Southampton?

Only possible ship would be Caribbean Princess. :)

That seems to be the general consensus. They cancelled her world cruise and she's doing a Sydney to Tahiti, a few 10 days around Tahiti then Tahiti to Honolulu and Honolulu to Vancouver ending in May.

On the subject of the Kirkwall list for 2014 (partly above) here is the link below.

Busy year it looks like for them, and with the new Hatston pier extension too tendering there is now a rarity.

Richard

Thank you. :)

Seems they swap Caribbean and Ruby princess in 2014 - Ruby shuld also do the Norway & North Cape itinerary - a few weeks ago, Caribbean Princess has been listed at these ports for 2014, but now it's Ruby...

This ship (113561 GT) could be Ruby Princess...

Sadly I do not find any 2014 Mediterranean cuise schedules, so I cannot look whether Caribbean Princess cruises the Greek Isles itinerary in 2014...

Well, not every two weeks. ;)

Mainly she is listed once per month in 2014 - so she should do the Mediterranean/Baltic/Norway itineraries in 2014, which Crown in 2013 offers...;)

I should have mentioned I was only focusing on Summer, she listed twice in August and four times in September. May, June, July and October she looks to be there once a month

If the three ships sail in Northern Europe in 2014, which ship could sail the Greek isles itineraries?

Emerald Princess seems to sail from Southampton in 2014...

Maybe the list is not updated yet and Caribbean princess might be removed soon from the list?

Last year on March 2nd, I received an email from my TA with the 2013 European itineraries. The schedule then opened mid March. I also started seeing posts on this board around the same time, showing itineraries.

I have my fingers crossed that we hear something within the next week or 2.

Hello guys,

Royal Princess, Ruby Princess and Caribbean Princess are expected to call at in 2014! :)

3 Princess ships - interesting...

http://faxafloahafnir.is/faxafloahafnir/upload/files/skipakomur/skip_2014_ensk.pdf

The last departure on the Copenhagen schedule is September 10th, and the date on the Reykjavik schedule for Royal Princess to arrive is September 14, 2013.

That really sounds like she is doing a northern transatlantic back across to maybe NYC (instead of straight back to FLL) for some Canada/New England cruises?

some Canada/New England cruises?

Could well be... but I ask myself which cruises - I do not think NYC - Quebec, because the ship is so lare - I could imagine she replaces the Caribbean Princess on the 7 night roundtrips from NYC and Ruby Princess sails between NYC and Quebec. :)
