It is a 5 star in a great location of London. You can walk to many sights, lots of places to eat, shop, etc.,so if you got a great rate that makes it all the better.Enjoy your trip to London.

I'm staying here in September. Any suggestions on how to reach the hotel from Gatwick airport, keeping in mind I'll have luggage for a 2 week cruise????

If you can, the best way is almost certainly to get the Gatwick Express to Victoria, and then get a taxi from there.

If you can't, then you should probably look into some of the airport meet-and-greet services that are frequently posted in other threads - have a dig around for other people's recommendations.

Hi all,
Just booked my first hotel through Priceline and I am looking for input. I ended up with the Waldorf Hilton for $122 a night. This thread had a few comments about the hotel but I am wondering if anyone has actually stayed there recently? The reports I've read said it has been undergoing a massive construction renovation project but it sounds like it is nearing completion. The only review online I could find was from last spring and it was not very complimentary due to the construction. Anyone know about it? Thanks!! Pam
