Cheeseburger Reef and the wreck of the Cali are the best of the three and are pretty close together. The wreck of the Cali also has a beach...which Eden Rock and Cheeseburger reefs do not. I'd take a cab and start at Cheeseburger and ask them how far Cali is...I don't think it's too far.
