PJK Posted April 1, 2004 #1 Posted April 1, 2004 I have become so addicted to this board over the last couple of months. I want to thank everyone for all their support. I couldn't have lost all the weight I did without all of you. There is something about knowing you have to weigh in for all to see that keeps me on track. My vacation offically starts in less then 8 hours. I am sitting here going nuts watching the clock. Melody, I hope you have a wonderful cruise. I will let everyone know how well I did and how I didn't gain any weight. Pam NCL Sea 4/3/04 Norway - April 2002
kimned88 Posted April 1, 2004 #2 Posted April 1, 2004 worry more about having fun than gaining weight...you lost it once and you can do it again, but you can never go on this particular cruise again!!! 32 down, 189 to go gotta go, gotta go, gotta go right now.....hurry december!!! kim scandanavian cruise line 1987 cape canaviral - 1995 carnival jubilee - sept 2002 CARIVAL VALOR - DEC 26, 2004 (2ND VOYAGE FOR HER) days to go!!!!!!
cmjaffe Posted April 1, 2004 #3 Posted April 1, 2004 Pam, Don't for get to "watch the weight" (aka luggage limitation for airlines lol) don't want to spend any more $$ than you have to .. so you can put that $$ to good use on the cruise.. have a safe trip to the port.. have a wonderful time on NCL.. and please full report about "freestyling". I've never done NCL but with some of their "tempting" fare will probably "jump ship" one of these days... BON VOYAGE Carolyn

Lill Posted April 2, 2004 #8 Posted April 2, 2004 Bon Voyage Pam and any other lucky cruisers! Pam, I agree about the weighing in. It makes you feel accountable and even when I don't lose it motivates me to read about all of you who did. http://escati.linkopp.net/cgi-bin/countdown.cgi?trgb=000000&srgb=00ff00&prgb=800080&cdt=2004;10;15;6;00;00&timezone=GMT-0800
