Luke is on Liberty until Mid February, ( straight from the horses mouth at the bar late last night ):D

 

What is the CD situation on Indy? Did Tim Connor ever return, or is Jamie still filling in?

 

Is Jeff Arpin confirmed to take over for Clo on Brilliance on December 16?

 

How much longer is Luke scheduled to be on Liberty, and who will be CD after him?

We had Ricky Matthews May 2013 on the Oasis and he was fantastic! I would put him almost as good as Richard Spacey. The energy he had was amazing! We also had him on the Grandeur and he was excellent but maybe a little subdued - possibly older crowd - but really a great CD.

Adventure OTS - Mercedes LaFuente began November 23

 

Allure OTS - Jerome Sueur October 5 until January 11, then Ken Rush for 1 week from January 11 until January 18, then Joff Eaton for 6 weeks from January 18 until March 1. (Who is filling in March 1 until April 19?) Jerome Sueur will return to do all of the European cruises (April 19 thru Oct 25) since he is fluent in 5 languages. He is the new regular CD on Allure until further notice.

 

Anthem OTS - Joff Eaton will be taking out the ship and continuing on as its regular CD. Ken Rush will also be onboard for the first 6-8 weeks doing behind the scenes duties to provide a smooth take out

 

Brilliance OTS - Clo O'Connor began on October 5 until December 16, then Rob McNally for 2 months. Clo returns in mid-February.

 

Enchantment OTS - The newly promoted Thomas DeCell is filling-in from Nov 24 through January 19 Marc Walker will be returning January 19 until mid March.

 

Explorer OTS - Leigh Xuereb returned Nov 1st for the repositioning. The ship is scheduled for drydock in March 2015. After the ship returns to service, Luke Aerowsmith will be the CD for 4 months.

 

Freedom OTS - Dru Pavlov from December 7 for approx. 2 months. Casey Pelter expects to return to Freedom after his break sometime in early-February.

 

Grandeur OTS - Mitch Merucci from October 16 until February 2015

 

Independence OTS - Tim Connor started October 25 (until when?) Tim had to leave the ship temporarily for a short time beginning Nov 10 and Jamie Fentiman is filling-in until Tim returns. (Cuddy has been promoted to CD and expects to be assigned to Indy sometime in the future.)

 

Jewel OTS - Mike Hunnerup started Nov 8

 

Legend OTS - Keith Williams started November 3

Carly Boileau has semi-retired, but will return as a fill-in CD from time-to-time

Richard Spacey is a CD with Celebrity

Becky Thompson works for Celebrity Cruises in their corporate offices in Miami.

Dave Chapman has left RCCL. He is taking an extended break, and then he will be moving over to another cruiseline.

James Andrews is a real estate agent in Sydney

Mike Szwajkowski is a Canadian Mountie

Leo Papa at Cornell University working on a Master's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management

Anna Bass is now Client Services Manager at ISS London

Abe Hughes is Director of Port Revenue Operations at Royal Media Partners and sometimes works onboard as the port and shopping guide

João Pereira is studying Portuguese/English education and translation at Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas in Brazil

We just got off the Independence on Sunday, 12/14/14 and had the chance to talk to Jamie. We mentioned we would be sailing again in January and he said he would be on the ship then. He hinted that Tim wouldn't be returning for quite awhile.

 

We thought Jamie was quite personable and entertaining.

Hi Donna it seems somebody is giving wrong info about Luke arrowsmith,had the plessure chatting with on facebook he said he not going to the explorer and he never told no one about that also his new home will be Liberty,if anything changes from hee to then he will post it on his facebook page.i will post you if aby chages happen with luke.

I had him twice on Majesty. While he did repeat himself a bit, I found he did a great job with Quest and Love and Marriage, he did change things up a bit and kept it somewhat fresh.

Just off Quantum and Jimmy Rhodes said he would be going on vacation Jan/Feb. joff Eaton was on board ....I heard...and would be filling in.??

 

Joff posted some photos on Twitter of him and his wife onboard Quantum this week. He was also onboard before the transatlantic.

 

I have info from a reliable source that he is covering Allure from Jan 18 - March 1, and then going over to Anthem to prepare for its takeout.

 

Unless the Allure info has changed, he might just be onboard Quantum to do some "research" for Anthem?

 

It'll be interesting to see how this plays out.

Could very well be exactly what you say! I only know one thing for sure and that is that you know more about it than I do; just thought I'd mention as a possibility to be on the lookout for....

 

Absolutely! I'm glad you mentioned it! Keeping this list involves putting together all the information like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle, and I am only able to do that when everyone mentions what they've heard or learned. The hard part is having conflicting information, or having schedules that set change at the last moment. :)

I was fortunate that Jimmy R introduced me to Joff last week on Quantum. He is indeed on board Q'tum to learn about it and what to expect from Anthem :) no mention of Allure

Hi, Donna!

 

I'm on this cruise and on that date (the 18th, we'll be right in the middle of the 13 nights) it's our port day in Barbados! Not sure if that would be a good day to do a transition of CD's but I guess anything is possible! Will try and let you know if and when it happens!

 

(Big Sigh) Still wishing it was Richard, as originally scheduled! ;)

Joff was on when both ships were in St Maarten. I spoke with him at the Plaques and Keys event. He was only visiting for a few hours.

Parker Cristan is living in Milwaukee, Wisconsin - staging/choreographing for local theater

What I want to know is where is Dan, Dan the Party Man?

And God preserve me from any cruise where the CD is Mercedes. She is all about her fabulous self.

 

If you go back a couple of pages on this thread, you'll see that Dan was the CD on Mariner from July 30 - November 27.
