ChrisDejonghe Posted July 28, 2013 #1 Share Posted July 28, 2013 So, Im soon going in the August 16th sailing of the Greek Isle cruise on the Ruby. I know that the timezones change gping from italy to greece (ect).. But is the docking time, and the all aboard time using ship time.. Or local time? I find using ship time for the time to go ashore is a little silly, as we could dock at 9 ship time, but it could be 7 local time, and that also could be really confusing for excursions..? -Dejonghe. We have been on 8 cruises including a couple on our favorite ship, the Ruby. in almost all cases local time is used. On the odd occasion when ships time is used, the Captain and staff will make a strong effort to let everyone know. It's very rare though. Enjoy your cruise Cheers, Kenn
