Pre-paid soda package as gift

I'm cruising with a friend on Allure next April and as he is a big fan of the Coke Freestyle machines, I wanted to surprise him and give him the soda package as I gift.

 

As I like to have most things already paid before the cruise, I bought the pre-paid soda package online. Since I don't know his booking number, I used mine to buy the soda package.

 

Now I'm not sure if it might be a problem to have the sticker put on his Seapass rather than mine.

 

Anyone has experience with this?

The way it is now, you will receive a SeaPass card with a printed Coke logo, no sticker.

 

I'm not sure how to fix it besides cancelling the package and ordering the package again with the booking number of your friend.

Why don't you cancel it and surprise him by buying him a package on board :D

Thanks for the info that they don't use stickers anymore. Also I wasn't aware that it's possible to cancel pre-cruise purchases. That's what I did now and then I told my friend I needed his booking number so I could have our bookings linked. :-)

 

I now could order the soda package in his name.

Good idea, glad it worked out. Regarding the stickers, they only use them if you buy the soda package on board the ship. Pre-ordered packages get a printed logo.
