After spending 25 mins trying to talk to someone at Ipswich ,re .a cabin upgrade,I gave up,from a recorded message extolling the virtues of all inclusive, to "our cruise show" by some droning man to bad phone line and woman who would have to E Mail someone else.Oh dear ,I thought, you really don,t want my business and as a gold member ,bye, bye, I will cruise in future with someone who does. Pity really.:rolleyes:

Same here when trying to book a cruise......really frustrating isn't it.

I e mailed them and asked them if they wanted my business, somebody replied asking me to ring him back, and guess what........yes still no answer...

As we really wanted to go on the Balmoral we booked via an Agent.
