NMLady Posted August 9, 2013 #26 Share Posted August 9, 2013 Hope you saw that they misunderstood your question as their reply says "...two different sailings and ships..." Cruise line reps don't always know voucher rules. Or maybe the rules are different for each ship? Our coupon doesn't say anything about different sailings. For the Star the coupon says one coupon every 14 days. We are on a b2b on the Star -- 12 days the first cruise, 14 days the second cruise. At first I was only able to purchase one coupon per person so I contacted the Coupon site. No problem. I simply had to pay for the first purchase, then make another purchase. The Coupon site rep didn't see any problem in using the coupons on the same ship so long as redeeming the 2nd coupon was at least 14 days after redeeming the first coupon. If for some reason the vouchers aren't used on that ship, they are refundable within one year.
azappraiser Posted August 10, 2013 #27 Share Posted August 10, 2013 Does anyone know if slotplaycoupons is a trustworthy sight? I am new to NCL and while doing some reading heard about this sight. I just don't know if it is safe and if NCL will validate the coupons. We used them on both the Pearl in Sept 2011 and the Gem this past January... won my money back on both ships!!!
