NKsDogWalker Posted August 8, 2013 #1 Share Posted August 8, 2013 My sister and I have been snorkeling once (last year at Nachi). We would like to go again. The water was a bit deep & we didn't really see alot last year ( no turtles :( ) we would like to go to a place where we can see more. I cannot SQUBA dive because of ear issues so that's out of the question (so is diving deep). Rare mitsugirly Posted August 8, 2013 #2 Share Posted August 8, 2013 Try Chankanaab. It is a beautiful National Park and tons of things to see while snorkeling. They have a huge beach, but you walk down steps to get into the water and as some as you are in the water there are tons of fish and things to see. Just swim up and down the coast line there and you can get a full day of snorkeling in. There is a lot more to do at this park too, so if you get bored, you can walk around and see the other things. I have 2 reviews listed in my signature line. Just click on the links. There are tons of pictures included too. :)
PacificMountain2012 Posted August 8, 2013 #3 Share Posted August 8, 2013 Chankanaab is good as previously mentioned. You might also consider the Money Bar which has very good shoreline snorkeling (my favorite place for shoreline snorkeling), no entry fee, and good food and service or Playa Corona which also has good shoreline snorkeling and good food.
