Would Little Bay beach at the Divi resort be a good place to go for just a couple of hours?

How far and how much is the taxi? Can you rent chairs?

Yes it's fine for a couple of hours. It's roughly 10 minutes via taxi and cost about $5 pp each way. You can rent chairs at Divi Resort but I have never rented chairs at Little Bay yet.

Little Bay @ Divi Resort is an OK beach, but not great.

If you are JUST interested in the beach, and not going into the water, then Great Bay Beach, right there in downtown Philipsburg, might suit you.

 

There are lots of options for chair rentals, food, drinks, etc.

 

It's just that I won't go into the water there because of pollution concerns.
