erin24 Posted August 15, 2013 #1 Share Posted August 15, 2013 My family and I are doing the Xmas and new year cruise departing from Hong Kong on the 19thDecember 2013. We have 3 Royal suites booked, just wanting to know if the butlers book the tours for u or u have to do them prior to the cruise date. We are after private tours for 6 adults and 3 children aged 7,5 & 4. Also any suggestions on day trips?
CruiserBruce Posted August 15, 2013 #2 Share Posted August 15, 2013 The best place for your Celebrity research is the Celebrity board, here: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=28 As we have no knowledge of your likes, interests, limitations or any thing else, some research on the Ports boards would be very helpful. Here they are: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=70 To see what others are doing on your cruise, check out your roll call, here: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=1716582 That sailing is listed as Dec 21, not Dec 19. Keith1010 Posted August 16, 2013 #3 Share Posted August 16, 2013 Welcome to Cruise Critic. Although the butlers will book the tours for you, you run the risk that with a large group that the tours you want will not be available if you wait until you are on board to book so I would book this well before the cruise. kitty9 Posted August 16, 2013 #4 Share Posted August 16, 2013 Erin, those tours you mention are very popular and therefore you really need to book them in advance, and not wait for the butler to do the booking. If you wait, you run the risk of the tours being fully booked and you'll be shut out.
