DancingInTheGWN Posted August 16, 2013 #1 Share Posted August 16, 2013 Hi all, I was just checking the 'my cruise' manager, and I noticed that on the billing my transfer is $5 more than my father's. It says online the the transfer from PC to Orlando is 35$/person. On the bill my dad has the 35$ transfer, but mine says $40 which is the cost listed for Melbourne airport. I'm fairly certain that I selected transfers for PC to MCO for both of us (considering I never even knew that there was a Melbourne airport in Florida and all). Can I fix this error online? Or should my father (the credit card holder) give Carnival a call? Thanks for the help. :) *add* Or should we just wait until we board the Dream to sort this post-cruise transfer error out? I would sort it out before hand. It is easy to make alternate arrangements now than on the ship. Maybe you miss clicked a box and ARE signed up for transfer to Melbourne. I never use cruise transport so I don't know if you might run into problems getting a seat to MCO if the "bus" was full
DancingInTheGWN Posted August 16, 2013 Author #3 Share Posted August 16, 2013 Thanks for the reply. :) Does anyone know that if I miss clicked, would they sort that out for me without charging an extra 35$? I wouldn't have signed up for the carnival transfers myself, but my dad insisted that we used their post transfer service. :p

yank268 Posted August 17, 2013 #5 Share Posted August 17, 2013 Anyone know the answer to this at all? Carnival uses different vendors for the transfers. Currently you are paying the wrong company for the transfer and might not be able to use it. I will call Carnival asap to have it fixed.

DancingInTheGWN Posted August 22, 2013 Author #8 Share Posted August 22, 2013 My dad is just strange about stuff like that. ;) Just thought I'd update everyone to say that they fixed it without charge, and even credited back the extra $5.
