There are links and they've been posted on here before but no one knows yet what the Divina in the US will be like. Will they go for something similar to what they've done in the past with ships just wintering in Florida or will they have a different approach for a bigger ship staying all year round?

Is this going to be similar to the US Menu. I noticed for the main course the only vegetarian option is a sandwich while all other menu options are cooked food. I am very concerned about this as when I called your US customer service line they told be the vegetarian option at dinner is a gourmet vegetarian pizza. It isn't fair for a vegetarian to be stuck with pizza and sandwiches while everyone else gets pasta and potatoes.

Hello,

The menu may change slightly; however, there will always be the Stars and Stripes menu and a vegetarian option as well.

Thanks for your response. Can you confirm or deny whether there will be "real food" served in the MDR for vegetarians or just pizza and sandwich options.

Thanks

Hi Vigurl,

I'm checking with my operations team to see if we have a menu at this time for Caribbean or what kind of vegetarian food will be available. I'll get back to you shortly. :)

Thanks I sincerely appreciate it!

Dear Vigurl,

There will be options available for you other than sandwiches and Neapolitan pizza. I have included some samples below.

-Vegetarian strudel: combination of seasonal vegetables and tofu bites, rolled into phyllo pastry and baked, served on a light curry sauce

-Cannelloni "manicotti", stuffed with a tasty mix of spinach and Ricotta cheese, covered with a creamy white sauce and topped with grated Parmesan cheese

-Mozzarella caprese: ripe tomatoes, mozzarella and fresh basil leaves, tossed with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinger reduction

-Vegan burger served in a soft bun with a choice of french fries or vegetable of the day

-Cheese quesadillas served with red beans over a vegetable rice pilaf, accompanied by sour cream and Guacamole

-Zucchini, stuffed with Swiss chard, onions and grated Parmesan cheese, breaded and oven-baked

-Tex-Mex vegetable flutas: flour tortillas, filled with grilled vegetables, garnished with pinto beans, tomato rice and Guacamole

These are just a few examples. Hope this helps!

Regards,
