P&o baltic cruise demographic?

We are planning a baltic cruise next june for four of us including a 16/20 year old. One of our options is the P&O adult only cruise (16 yrs +) which seems to tick the boxes but as my son likes to get involved in the sports onboard I am concerned there won' t be many other teenagers around for him. It's hard for us to get the balance right to be honest, as while he would like other teens to hang out with, I don't fancy an overcrowded ship full of little kids ( as per our carnival cruise last summer). Has anyone been on a P&O over 16s only cruise? Or can suggest an alternative? Rccl do a baltic cruise but I think it will be similar to Carnival.

On Arcadia back in May the average age was 66 but i must say at times it felt more like 96. I don't remember seeing anyone who could remotely be considered young apart from the crew  Apparently the disco had as few as 4 people in it some evenings, including the DJ.

I would consider a ship with children aboard just because you will have a lower average age of adult.

Baltic cruises have a lot less children because they are not warm water cruises and many kids would find them boring.

Not sure which cruise you mean as PO adult only ships are for 18 years and over.

We have been on a few adult only cruises and very rarely do you see under 25 s on board. The majority by far are 55 + but there will be some younger on board.

I dont think it is an adult only ship, it just states it is a cruise only available for over 16s. However, i think my question has been answered and we will look at other options.:)
