Carnival Master Card $50 Credit

Hi everyone, I've searched for the answer to this question but could not find it. I applied for the card today when paying for my cruise. It stated on the website: "get $50 off this booking when you apply for the card today". I've finished the application and was approved for the card, but I do not see the $50 credit. Does it show up later on your first statement?

Seems like they give you 5000 points which is $50 credit. Go to manage rewards to cash in the credit. That should work :D

You have to cash in the points.

Three months ago I did the same offer and I received a statement credit in a couple of weeks. I also did not have to redeem any points to get it. (It was prior to the end of the first billing cycle). Edited. Just checked an old statement. Applied on 5/8. Credit applied on 5/24. Entry titled " Carnival reward credit"
