Rare mizLORInj Posted August 24, 2013 #4 Share Posted August 24, 2013 What is the date of the video you've seen? It may be old. Carnival re-vamped its past guest program last year. Anyone who's cruised at least once is VIFP. (very important fun person) You become more of a VIFP when you hit platinum status on Carnival (look at their site to see the requirements). I believe those who gamble a lot get a status with them as well. They now have also started to offer special embarkation/debarkation and it's $50 per cabin per cruise. It's called Faster to the Fun. VIP isn't a term I've heard used by Carnival anymore except in reference occasionally to platinum/milestone cruisers. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
