I went out to take a look at the Pre-Cruise Planner as I wanted to see what the additional costs would be for the drinks package and excursions. When I click on any of the buttons on the Planner page (including View Calendar), all that happens is the page refreshes. Is this normal? Snooksi Posted August 28, 2013 #2 Share Posted August 28, 2013 Are you logged into My Cruises? Then you must click on your reservation number. Then click Pre-Cruise Planner. Then there should be a button next to each category....Entertainment (won't work until closer to sailing), Food and Drink, Onboard Activites, Shore Excursions, Spa, Gifts and Gear and finally Photos. Or did you mean everything I listed? Probably not. I was logged into my Allure reservation when I was helping her. But I know I get the same stuff for my Navigator and Explorer cruises. I'm not familiar with the Jewel. I'm thinking she might not have been logged into her specific reservation number. But then again, I've had so many problems with RCCL's website, at times, that it just might be the website!! I noticed you have less than 2 days to go. LUCKY GIRL!! You can add reservations for dining, excursions, drink packages, etc, on any cruise. the only thing that really differs from ship to ship is going to be entertainment. There are no entertainment reservations for my Brilliance cruise coming up. But on Oasis, we had 7 entertainment reservations made. I think those just tend to follow the bigger ships. I'd clear cookies and cache in your browser, and if that does not work, try a different browser. Royal's website has problems from time to time.
