Killiepie Posted August 29, 2013 #1 Share Posted August 29, 2013 Hi. As heading says cruising on neoRomantica next week. Have read mostly decent reports about this Costa ship. The general view appears to be that the cruise experience differs from the larger Costa ships. I am still a little in the dark with regard to the evening dining options. I believe that we will find out from information in our cabin which sitting we have been allocated. I wonder if someone could clarify:- 1. Can the sitting be amended. 2. Can tables of two be requested. I have read snippets on another thread which I think indicated that in the evening on the neoRomantica their is no buffet restaurant option. The buffet restaurant in fact operates a "freestyle/anytime dining option serving the same menu as the MDR. Can anyone confirm and again how can this option be taken Cheers. Blondie008 Posted August 29, 2013 #2 Share Posted August 29, 2013 Your dining choice depends on the level of accommodation you have booked. Suite or premium - you choose Classic - your dining will be allocated. On our last NeoR cruise there were people allocated the "buffet" restaurant, but it wasnt open dining - it was the same menu and times as mdr. Not sure how you would request this other than meeting with the maitre d'he if you are unhappy with your allocation. The Boticelli restaurant is one level - it did have some tables for two. The Boticelli is a lovely restaurant.
