How much does the unlimited soda package cost?

RCL doesn't list the price on their website, you have to "reserve" it.

I'm curious to know how much it is.

The drink packages are disappointing, IMO, compared to Carnival (where you can purchase discounted drink tickets). Seems RCL is "unlimited" or nothing.

Wonder how much the drinks are normally (scary). Anyone have a price list?

For a 7 day cruise in the Caribbean it's $6.50pp per day without the tax

$45.50 Soda Package

$ 6.83 Tax

$52.33 Total for 1 Adult

For a 12 day cruise in the Med it's $7.50pp per day without the tax

$90.00 for Soda Package

$13.50 Tax

$103.50 Total for 1 Adult

A rip off lol plus you have to pay for everyone in your stateroom as well.

No, that rule applies only to alcoholic drink packages. For guests who drink 3 or more sodas per day (my DH goes through that many just at dinner) the soda package is good value.

On another thread didn't someone mention that if you get it thru the website, you can't get your cokes until later, this is w/ the new machines, that's its better w/ getting it onboard the first day? We usually buy online so it's just one thing not to worry about, but some people want a drink w/ their lunch, correct me if I'm wrong :)

If you prepurchase, the cup that activates the machine will be in your cabin so if you choose to have lunch before cabins are open you will not have use of the cup but can order a soda with your card.

I may get the soda package. My wife was thinking of the water package. I looked at he prices and it's crazy. Am I looking at it correctly you buy a certain amount of bottles and that's it. No unlimited water package?

8 bottles for 28.45

12 for 40.30

16 for 50.55

24 for 71.10

plus taxes and 15% gratuity. WOW.:eek:

I guess she will just bring a water bottle and keep filling it up at the fountains.

No. Actually, the Freestyle machines have a timer to stop you from refilling too often (although that wouldn't stop you from going to the bar, unless they recognize you).

You dont have to pay. Your card will have the logo on it so the waitstaff will bring you a glass

Yes, that's what I meant. You just need to SHOW your imprinted card not pay with it.
