mresend Posted August 31, 2013 #2 Share Posted August 31, 2013 You should get the rate for the price drop. As a travel agent I will do this automatically for all my clients. If you booked online, you will have to contact the company you booked with to see if they will honor the new lower rates. Only exception is if the final payment date already happened and you paid in full. If this happened you should be able to apply your rate reduction to a upgrade.
