The waterfront on the breakaway

Hello cc friends. can anyone tell me which side the waterfront is on? I would like to get a good view of lady liberty and the vz bridge, not sure if my balcony stateroom will give me good pics going under the bridge. I definitely don't want to be in a crowded area on top deck were the glass is in the way of the pics!! Also will my sixteen year old be able to go in the spa room?
