To save on Parking....

I live about 7 hours from the port of Miami. I am thinking of getting a one day rental the day before the trip, and stay in a hotel. Then use the hotel transport to the port. On the return, get a rental and drive home. Our company account allows for one way rentals within florida. an 11 day parking fee at the miami port is cost prohibited

 

does anyone know of a hotel that is very close to a avis location?

Sounds like a good plan.

 

If you goto maps.google.com and find AVIS locations in Miami,then type in hotels, it will show hotels nearby.
