gertiesmom Posted September 11, 2013 #1 Share Posted September 11, 2013 My hubby and I scored our first aft wrap for our anniversary next September. Does anyone know if the deck 9 aft wraps have an overhang? Just wondering if we will have shade or if I can work on my tan in the privacy of my own awesome balcony! Thanks for any help! There is an overhang, but not big. Keep in mind that all aft wraps other than 6 there are no couches. We had one of those premium balcony cabins once that has the extended balcony but no sofa and we didn't even notice the missing sofa until we were packing up our stuff on the last night! Thanks! My husband prefers the shade and I prefer the sun so maybe it will be the best of both worlds in this aft wrap!

The best aft wrap for shade is the 4th floor vista suites on the Spieit class Sent using the Cruise Critic forums app from my IPhone

dougandmo Posted September 12, 2013 #7 Share Posted September 12, 2013 I had the Aft wrap on the Dream just below Lido deck and it was fully shaded by the overhang. Pretty much full privacy, you can't see anything on the balcony looking down from Lido. We checked :D

If we want sun, we can go up to the Lido! ;)
