Courtesy Hold Question

I make a courtesy hold to check airfares before booking. There is a time limit on the booking. I got an email asking if I intended to follow through the next day before it expired. Otherwise, my understanding is that it just expires.

Thanks. I decided to change my 5 day to a 7 day BUT I would to pay my balance in full which wouldn't be a problem tomorrow. My bank had placed a hold on some funds I deposited last week and it'll be free tonight.

If I would've went through the whole change and attempted to charge my card (and even if was denied), I would be giving up my 5 day balcony cabin. I didn't want to lose it unless I knew for a fact that it was going to run. Of course, there is/was only 1 cabin available at that rate, so I put a hold on it. So convoluted, LOL.
