Looks like I have two things to do.

Sign up for set sail pass and fill out info with pass port info before we check in

I also want to make dinner reservation and reserve shore excursions

Do I need to wait till final payment to do this.

 

Also we have a large group 16 of us. We asked for my time dinning. So we hope to reserve two tables near each other the first two nights how do we do this when we all do our own check in/ reservations

Can't answer for MTD, but you can make dinner and shore excursion reservations well before final payment. You can also cancel if you need to. So if you see something you want, go ahead and make the reservation. Usually shore excursions don't book up. But if you want to make the reservation to secure it, go ahead. You'll be charged for it but it is fully refundable within a certain period, I think 4 days prior.

You can fill out your online check-in info now, however you won't be able to print the SetSail pass until after your final payment. You can also make dinner and shore excursion reservations before final payment.
