MeMe4A&J Posted September 20, 2013 #1 Share Posted September 20, 2013 If this is posted somewhere please forgive me but I did not find one.....my questions are: What is the best form of transfer to the airport at Barcelona? Are cabs plentiful? Should we pre-book a transfer to be on safe side? We have an 11:15 am flight, what time will we be able to disembark, being in AQ, do you have priority disembarking? Sorry but I am so freaky about time frames. Thanks for any info!
KirkNC Posted September 20, 2013 #2 Share Posted September 20, 2013 We just did this for a 11:40 flight. We were off the ship by 7:30 and at the airport a little after 8:00. I think the fare was around 35 €. There were hundreds of cabs.
Pet Nit Noy Posted September 20, 2013 #3 Share Posted September 20, 2013 ...What is the best form of transfer to the airport at Barcelona? Are cabs plentiful? I've rarely seen as many taxis lined up waiting for disembarking passengers as I saw two weeks ago at the Barcelona pier. We left the ship about an hour into the process and yet the number of taxis waiting to take passengers made it seem that we were at the start of the process. The first hour's worth of passengers hardly seemed to make a dent in the supply. (Admittedly we were coming off a 600-passenger ship, but I thought the entire disembarkation process went remarkably well.)

mskaufman Posted September 20, 2013 #5 Share Posted September 20, 2013 Plenty of cabs in Barcelona. The 35E fare is about right.
