Trying to Decide on a boat

Without knowing the length or the itinerary of either, here are my thoughts. Never been on the Splendor but you can't go wrong with a Spirit class ship in the Pride. Spirit class ships are known to have a great flow to them and never seem too crowded in their public areas. They are easy to navigate since you can walk on most of the floors from front to back without having to go up or down because of blockages. I know you said you are interested in suites but Spirit class ships are also known to have the 4K category staterooms which are oceanview (usually obstructed depending on placement) at inside stateroom prices. The steakhouses are gorgeous on this class as well since the ceiling is essentially the funnel/whale tail of the ship.

I am interested in the Splendor as well since sailing out of NY would be very appealing and wouldn't have to fly anywhere. Sailing down the Hudson River and seeing the skyline, Statue of Liberty, and under the Verrazano Bridge can't be beat.
