I use the gym most days when onboard the QV and I have never seen an inversion table.

It turns you upside down. This enables you to dispose of at least one breakfast, leaving room for a few more.

They don't have one in the gym, they used to but they moved it to the batcave.:D

OK,

 

at considerable cost to my psyche and personal mental wellbeing, I went to the g*mn*s**m at 1530hrs (local) this afternoon and enquired of the young lady who appeared to be in charge of the serried ranks of torture equipment whether or not they had an inversion table or anything similar. She was very definite in her reply that no such piece of equipment exists on board Queen Victoria.

 

I have now signed up for an intensive course of cognitive behavioural therapy and my psychiatrist is confident that, once the post traumatic stress disorder has been overcome, I should be back to something approaching normal by around Christmas 2017.
