I would think you could sneak 9 people into the cabana at different times, but, I dont think all could get the upgraded suite beach buffet .............................(wristband).............unless you tipped the attendant a big tip:eek:

Suite beach has a wall.

Nellies beach is open for all.

I would try it, they arent exactly going to throw you off the island or anything.:D

The on-the-beach cabana we had at Nellie's was walled off with a gate. The attendent stood at the gate almost the entire time except when he was getting us something. Don't know if he would let additional people in or not since we didn't try.

But I will say, it was great. We're doing it again in January (with two cabanas).

I don't understand what the point is in getting one cabana for that many people. There are only 2 loungers and a "sofa" area that seats 4 or so. DH and I like to have it alone and I can't imagine what the point is other than having a place to put a few things. BTW, most of the cabanas get afternoon sun so the shade is limited for the most part. And, yes, they are supposed to monitor who is going in and out. I wouldn't be happy if I was in a cabana next to one with 9 people in it as it can't be the least bit quiet or relaxing.

It would basically be for my mom who doesn't like to be out in the sun. The rest of us would go in and out from being in the water.
