Got this post card today..says i won free cruise with Carnival, RCL, or NCL .

I'm thinking i should immediately toss it into the garbage. If it's too good to be true it's not. Right???

Oh! And there's a Bonus...2 RT airfares if i call within 48 hours!!!

I got one of those a while back and when I called to check on it, it was for a time-share. We would have had to make a trip about 3 1/2 hours one way to the meeting and then we would have been given a 4 day cruise if we completed all the time-share requirements.

We decided to decline.

I called one time just for sh*ts and giggles. It was for a "vacation club" and would have cost me more than just booking it on my own. You had to sign up for a certain level, such as gold, and then pay more for each level beyond that. Not worth it at all!

This offer does sound like it is a vacation club.....time to toss it in the trash!

My MIL did something similar to that last year and was given a $500 off a Carnival cruise voucher (I told her good luck trying to use that) Well, this past August she and my wife were wanting to go on the Freedom and lo and behold she called the agency that the coupon had to be redeemed thru and they were able to book a balcony for $467 total.
