We will be sailing in about a month's time and this is our first time on the Crown. Which bar/lounge would you recommend for a pre-dinner cocktail? We are booked in the main dining room at 6pm. Thank you.

We like to go to Crooner's for a pre-dinner cocktail, but it can get crowded. The Adagio on the Crown will be much less crowded (more than likely completely deserted, but they do begin bar service in the late afternoon...).

During our summer Baltic cruise in July we were regular fixtures at Skywalker's pre-dinner. Great appetizers and a wonderful view. NOTE: There were restrictions as to who may attend - limited to certain levels of Captain's Circle.

We love Adagio for a before dinner drink, not a lot of people, so the staff have lots of time to talk. Always had great, friendly service. Great stuffed mushrooms and breadsticks with your drinks!!!!!!!!!

If it is a nice night, try outriggers at the back of the ship, great sunsets!!!!!!!!!!!!

Adagio Lounge. It's quiet, there's a piano player or guitarist, very comfortable chairs and couches. They are the only bar to serve stuffed olives and breadsticks with drinks.

Exactly! Crooner's will only serve olives if you ask for them and they don't have breadsticks.

As much as we enjoy going to Crooner's, the Adagio Lounge is a great place to go for a quiet drink before dinner after a busy day in port. :)
