What months does Carnival usually offer the Military Friends and Family pricing?

They had Military Appreciation in July & August which included OBC.

 

Now they still have the Military rate for our Jan. 2014 B2B, but it does not include OBC.

 

I think the Friends & Family pricing is usually only offered in May & November.

You are correct, however, they don't usually offer OBC during this sale. In the past you could book up to 3 rooms at this price, even if the others aren't eligible for the Military Rate.
