Only 5.5 Hours in Aruba - Best Beach?

We only have 5.5 hours. Kind of a bummer. 7am - 12:30 pm.

 

Any suggestions? I'm thinking of grabbing a taxi for a short 1 hr tour around Aruba and having them drop us at a beach. Should we go to Palm Beach? Eagle Beach or???

 

Looking to lay out, enjoy the water, rent a couple beach chairs, enjoy a few drinks. Any suggestions would be appreciated. :D

Personally I prefer eagle beach. I'd say it is about a 10 min at max ride from where the ships dock in town. It's away from the hotel district and usually quieter.

That being said for an easily accessible beach baby beach is my favorite but about 20 min ride.

I also think Eagle Beach is a great option.

 

I wouldn't waste too much time driving as you don't have much time to begin with.
