Latest check-in and boarding: Quebec City

hi everyone, a question for Princess experts. We are shortly boarding the Emerald Princess departing from Quebec City. We have friends in the area who plan to show us around on the Saturday, and we were wondering if anyone has experience of what would be the latest time to arrive at the terminal to check in and receive our keycards. Usually we are early birds when it comes to boarding.

 

Given that the ship is then overnighting in Quebec before leaving the next day, there isn't the same departure pressure on the Saturday but I imagine there is still a deadline in Quebec for the initial administration, processing and customs etc. for passengers

 

Any experienced help would be greatly appreciated.
