Help to decide on Fantasy, Magic or Wonder

Hello, would appreciate any help in deciding on which boat would be better for 2 four year olds and 2 parents who are just going to hang out with the kids and relax, gym, spa, fine dine in the evenings. Not getting off the ship most likely. (Already been to most of the ports on all 3 routes). We have decided to do a Disney Christmas time cruise around 11/30 but have the option of Galveston (can drive to port) or Miami or Port Canaveral. Driving is a big plus vs taking a plane but the ship is older from Galveston (Wonder). Pricing is all about the same. Thanks for any advice.

Given the transport, I would go with the Wonder. Yeah it doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but 4 year olds can't ride the aquaduck anyway.

All else being equal, then the Fantasy, but flights for 4 are gonna add quite a bit to the cost.

It's up to you all are nice it must be on your preference of embarkation port, cost, room, trip, my view would be fantasy but all ships are great.

The Wonder was my first Disney Ship, so I'm partial :) but, I would choose her.

No expense of flights and at 4 years old, the experience will be awesome no matter what ship.

The ship is beautiful and easy to navigate.

A perfect ship for special memories with Grandparents.

When they are older, take them on The Dream or Fantasy.

It depends on what you like.... I personally would choose a newer or newly re-imagined ship - I have been on the Dream and the Fantasy and am going on the Magic next week. I probably won't sail the Wonder until she goes under major drydock but....you never know.

We like "new", shiny, clean, new technology etc. We sailed the Dream on her 3rd sailing, we sailed the Fantasy during her first year, and we will be on the 3rd sailing of the Magic after her major drydock and renovation.

If you think you have a preference with new vs old ship feel that is something to take into consideration.

Also, just to add - all 4 ships have great activities, shows, and clubs for the 4 year olds - so I wouldn't say one ship is better than the other with them in mind. Focus on what the parents would like and pick a ship that meets those needs - along with your travel considerations

My personal favorite is the Magic, but I haven't seen the "new and improved" version yet. We did 24 nights on the Magic in summer 2013--a great trip.

4 year old kids will not appreciate all the bells and whistles on the newer ships. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to go on the Wonder, and if that saves you airfare, so much the better. You'll have a totally wonderful trip! If you want to do a Fantasy cruise in a few years, the kids will be better able to appreciate the unique features at that time.

I agree - Wonder is a great ship, and if you haven't been on any of them yet, why not pick the one that is most convenient location-wise? For what it's worth, I liked Wonder better than Dream, even though it didn't have all of the new innovations. I just prefer the smaller ship size. I did miss Remy, though...
