Anyway just found a email from kamal I in my spam folder. Never had a email from regent not come in so appears the personal touch from kunal isn't liked by my spam filter. I wasn't overly impressed with it, not to be critical but the "smiley" picture is a bit much for me, also the email wording was a little overly embellished by some "marketing communications" type people. Wouldn't exactly entice me to book one of the featured cruises, probably the opposite is true. I do agree that there should be a central email account that Regent uses for customer communications. Sunprince Posted October 26, 2013 #11 Share Posted October 26, 2013 He didn't post anything, I get the regular "Regent" emails (times 3), plus the exact duplicate from Hans Thuman. I do know he is a Regent cruise specialist, but I have my own TA and have never dealt with Hans. The communications are way over the top, they just need to clean them up...I would suggest an integrated customer database that targets offers to clients and prospects and then scrubs out the duplicates.
