OBC Rules?

Though we've been on tons of cruises, we just scheduled one where for the first time ever we got On board credit! :)

 

However, since I've never had obc I realized that I've never paid any attention to what exactly it is or how it is used.

 

Are there any rules or exceptions to obc?

It can be used for anything on the ship, yes?

Gratuities, steakhouse, drinks...?

 

Is anything not allowed?

Your On Board Credit is just placed on your account, so anything you can get with your room key/ship card is fair game. The amount of your OBC is just deducted from your final bill!

The only thing I've heard that you can't use it for is a deposit on a future cruise..

True, however, a future cruise is booked with your credit card, not with you S & S card.

Yes it can be used for OBC So set some out for reserve.
