Senior Citizen Posted October 28, 2013 #5 Share Posted October 28, 2013 It's rather late to be booking a private tour but I think it can be done. We have a private tour to Bagan for a group of four. When I was contacting tour agents, I found that a number of people are doing private trips to Bagan, either because the ship's tour is full or they want to develop their own itinerary.
