Let's talk about WOW service

Just looking to hear stories from cruisers of exceptional customer service experiences. What earned your WOW card? Who went above and beyond and in what manner? We all expect the staff to operate in a friendly and efficient manner; doing their jobs unobtrusively to make our vacations relaxing and enjoyable. That, to me, is part of the RCI experience but not WOW card worthy.

But a lot of singular situations exist where crew members have gone above and beyond to make an experience unforgettable, or a crew member took something that had the potential of a bad outcome and turned it around to create an exceptional experience. I'd like to hear some of those stories of great service.

When myself DH and DD sailed on the Freedom, we were in a GS.

My husband rented a tux....the cabin attendant took all 4 formal dresses and had them pressed for free instead of the 2 listed. Thought that was nice.

We thanked him.
